Who We're Looking For
LineGuard was built by people who came out of the trade, so we know the difference between someone selling a product and someone explaining a decision. We're looking for people who can sit across from a journeyman, an apprentice, or a spouse and give them a straight answer.
Experience in insurance helps, but it isn't required. Character, work ethic, and the willingness to learn the material well enough to teach it matter more. If that sounds like you, we'd like to talk.
